Who does the breakdown work?

You will receive a very detailed monthly Financial and Performance reports that will include the complete breakdown of current running costs, taxes, booking, and any other activity occurred during the report period.

The default structure for the payout is as followed:

  • Operational costs and management fees are subtracted from the properties' income
  • Owner Payout is from the Gross Revenue (After the Government Rental Tax)

Flexibility with confidence

Exotic Bali Properties provides property owner with a 30 days cancellation notice policy for the highest degree of flexibility or if unsatisfied for any reason after 6 months. You may also choose to change the package option.
